Survivors of Coercive Cults and High-Control Groups is a survivor-led advocacy collective working to end the harms caused by cultic abuse and coercive control. We bring lived experience together with subject-matter expertise to drive meaningful change — through law reform, education, research, and public advocacy.

We know that leaving a high-control group is only the beginning. The road out can be long, complex, and isolating — but you are not alone. Whether you’re a survivor, a researcher, an ally, or someone looking to better understand the dynamics of coercive control, you are welcome here.

Our goal is to amplify survivor voices, hold systems accountable, and build a safer future for those who are at risk, who are surviving, or have exited coercive cults and high-control groups. We believe that real change happens when survivors lead the way — and together, we are building a movement rooted in truth, justice, and healing.

In time, this website will become a hub of resources and supports for people who are cult-affected, and for change-makers who want to make meaningful differences in this space.
